Our cancellation / no-show (DNA) policy:

Our practice is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When patients do not show up or cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen sooner.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (02) 8011 1020 before 12pm the working day prior to your appointment so that the staff can allocate your spot to another patient needing an urgent appointment. Cancellations received after this time, as well as no-shows, may attract a cancellation / DNA fee.

The information from your registration form, health questionnaire and aforementioned documents will be recorded and used for the primary purpose of providing care for your presenting problem, including for administrative and billing purposes.  It may also be disclosed to other health care professionals or relevant parties with your consent.
